1. Spring Temple Buddha

The Spring Temple Buddha is a statue found in the Lushan County, China. It rises high at 128m or 430ft and is actually the tallest statue in the whole world. It was built in the year 1997 and was finished in the year 2008, which simply shows how it was able to bag the tallest statue. The Spring Temple Buddha derives its name from the nearby Tianrui hot spring, which spews water at 60°C and is renowned in the area for its curative properties.
