11. La Sagrada Familia, Barcelona
The La Sagrada Familia is a spectacular church in Barcelona. It is a Roman Catholic church designed by architect Antoni Gaudí. It is an unfinished giant basilica constructed in 1882 and up until now the church is still under construction. You can see a lot of work going on when visiting the church. Being a famous attraction in Barcelona, you can expect long queues at the entrance to the church so to avoid this, make sure to arrive early at the site. Don’t forget to bring some water or perhaps a sunscreen to keep you protected under the scorching heat of the sun.
